Building and Development Permit Status
Only Building and Development permits issued by the Land Division are included in this search. If you applied for a development permit through your municipality, direct your status inquiry to your municipal planning or administrative office.
To check the status of your provincial building/development application you must enter the Property Identification number (PID) and date the full fee payment of the application was received. Find your PID number on your property tax statement or, for assistance, call Property and Taxation Records at 902-368-4070.
