About Finance PEI Board of Directors

The role of the board of directors is to provide strategic direction to Finance PEI as the lead financing group for the Province of Prince Edward Island as legislated in the Finance PEI Act.

Who serves on the Board?

The board includes six representatives of the private sector, broadly representing the PEI business community and including at least one representative from each of the following sectors: agriculture, fisheries, and tourism as outlined in the Engage PEI profile.

Who is the minister responsible for the Board?

The minister responsible is the Minister of Economic Development, Innovation and Trade.
