Mental Health Walk-in Clinics

Mental health walk-in clinics offer immediate mental health support to help with anxiety, as well as life events causing stress and other mental health issues. For student well-being teams drop-in clinics please see the Student Well-being Team Drop-in Clinics web page.
Will I need an appointment?
No appointment or referral is required but capacity varies so please call the clinic before going to ensure they can see you that day.
You will be able to see a registered mental health therapist for 45-60 minutes. There is no cost for this service.
The walk-in clinic therapist may also refer you to Community Mental Health or to programs such as the Strongest Families Program or the ICAN Adult Anxiety Program.
