Rule 55-802 Implementing National Instrument 55-102 System for Electronic Disclosure by Insiders (SEDI)
Part 1 Definitions
1.1 In this Rule “NI 55-102” means National Instrument 55-102 System for Electronic Disclosure by Insiders (SEDI) of the Canadian Securities Administrators, consolidated to March 17, 2008.
Part 2 Adoption as a Rule
2.1 NI 55-102 is adopted as a Rule under the Securities Act.
Part 3 Amendments to NI 55-102
3.1 Section 1.1 of NI 55-102, the definition of “transfer report”, is amended by adding “,Prince Edward Island” after “Nova Scotia”.
3.2 Subsection 3.2(1) of NI 55-102 is amended by adding “,Prince Edward Island” after “Nova Scotia”.
Part 4 Effective Date
4.1 This instrument comes into effect on March 17, 2008.

Rule 55-802 Amending National Instrument 55-102 - Forms System for Electronic Disclosure by Insiders (SEDI)
Part 1 Definitions
1.1 In this Rule “NI 55-102” means National Instrument 55-102 System for Electronic Disclosure by Insiders (SEDI) of the Canadian Securities Administrators, consolidated to March 17, 2008.
Part 2 Background
2.1 NI 55-102 was adopted as a Rule under the Securities Act, effective March 17, 2008.
2.2 In accordance with the Securities Act Regulations, subsection 2(3), adoption of NI 55-102 included adoption of the forms made under that instrument, as amended from time to time.
2.3 Subsection 2(3) provides:
(3) A rule made by the Minister under section 169 of the Act which adopts or incorporates a national or multilateral instrument of the Canadian Securities Administrators, adopts or incorporates, as amended from time to time, the forms made by the Canadian Securities Administrators for use under the national or multilateral instrument.
2.4 The forms adopted under NI 55-102 have not yet been amended by the Canadian Securities Administrators to incorporate changes required to the forms for use in Prince Edward Island.
2.5 Pending amendments by the Canadian Securities Administrators, this Local Rule amends the forms for use in Prince Edward Island.
Part 3 Local Amendments to Forms
3.1 NI 55-102 is amended,
(a) by adding “Prince Edward Island” after “Nova Scotia” under the heading “Notice-Collection and Use of Personal Information” in Forms 55-102 F1, F2, F3 and F6;
(b) by adding the following contact information under the heading “Notice-Collection and Use of Personal Information” immediately after the contact information for the “New Brunswick Securities Commission” in Forms 55-102 F1, F2 and F3;

2.1 NI 55-102 is amended in accordance with Amendments to National Instrument 55-102 System for Electronic Disclosure by Insiders (SEDI) of the Canadian Securities Administrators, made effective December 2, 2013.
Part 3 Effective Date
3.1 This instrument comes into effect on December 2, 2013.
