Vital Statistics Service Fees

Vital Statistics will process your request with a completed application, proper documentation and full payment.

The following payment options are accepted:

Cash and debit payments (in person only)
Money order or cheque payable to PEI Minister of Finance
Credit card with expiry date

Fees are subject to change. Additional fees are associated with rush requests.
