Gastrointestinal Outbreak Questionnaire

The Chief Public Health Office (CPHO) is investigating reports of gastrointestinal illness following attendance at the PEI International Shellfish Festival September 19-22nd, 2024.

Fill out the questionnaire using the link below if you:

• attended the festival and
• had/have any of the following symptoms: 
  • Nausea
  • Vomiting
  • Diarrhea
  • Bloody stool
  • Abdominal pain
  • Fever
