Cabinet
Orders in Council (OiC) are issued by the Lieutenant Governor on the advice of Cabinet and direct that certain action be taken under authority of legislation. Actions directed within OiCs may include making regulations, appointing members to a board, authorizing certain land transactions and approving initiatives with financial implications.
