The City of Charlottetown is seeking the expertise of an Urban Design and Architectural consulting firm to develop an Illustrated Design Manual in support of Section 7 - Development and Design Standards, and Section 8 ƒ?????® Bonus Height of the City of Charlottetown Zoning and Development Bylaw. The Illustrated Design Manual will serve as a primarily graphic description of the written regulations.
