Request a Milestone Certificate from the Premier
The Premier offers celebratory notes to residents of Prince Edward Island to recognize significant life events, as follows:
- Wedding anniversaries of 25 years or more in five year increments; and
- Birthdays for individuals of 65 years or more in five year increments to 100 years of age. For centenarians, a message may be sent for each individual year beyond 100.
What information is required?
You are required to provide contact information including a mailing address. An original signed copy of the message will be mailed to the address provided.
How much lead time is required?
To ensure that you receive your message in time for your event, please allow a minimum of three weeks for delivery.
Complete the online request form. All submissions will be reviewed by staff of the Premier's Office, and you will be contacted if additional information is needed.
