Road work on Route 6 and Harbour Road in Grand Tracadie
Road work is scheduled to begin on Monday, August 5 on Route 6 and Harbour Road in the community of Grand Tracadie.
The work includes road widening for left and right turn lanes on Route 6 to Rink Road, construction of a cul-de-sac on Harbour Road, asphalt milling, and placement of asphalt.
Construction starts 60 meters east from the Watts Road and continues for 540 meters easterly along Route 6.
Delays can be expected. Single lane alternating traffic will be in effect. Drivers are asked to slow down, be prepared to stop and obey signs and traffic control personnel. Work is expected to be complete by September 13.
