Department of Housing, Land and Communities Public Consultations

The Province is inviting residents to share their opinion on changes to the PEI Lands Protection Act. These changes will bring oversight to transactions involving municipal property where previously there was none. Draft legislation is posted online and your comments may be submitted to depthlc@gov.pe.ca (link sends e-mail) no later than April 18, 2025.
