Short-Term Supportive Housing
A temporary place to live with supports to help people experiencing homelessness move to permanent housing and live on their own or in long-term supportive housing.

Community Outreach Centre
The Community Outreach Centre located at 15 Park Street, Charlottetown. Open 7 days a week from 8am to 8pm. Call 902-368-3884 during operating hours, outside of operating hours call the emergency shelter line at 1-833-220-4722.
