Future of Farming Conference welcomes young producers from across the Island

Young and aspiring farmers are coming together on November 15 to share knowledge and resources during the Future of Farming Conference. 

The Future of Farming Conference is hosted by the Prince Edward Island Department of Agriculture and is dedicated to inspiring and empowering the next generation of farmers and future leaders in Prince Edward Island’s agriculture industry. 

“We want young producers to feel confident and excited about their futures in farming on PEI. By engaging in important conversations around succession planning, mental health, government support programs and more, we are ensuring an innovative and positive outlook for Island farming.”
