Municipal Election Recap Sheet (Wards)

The Recap Sheet is completed by the Returning Officer after they receive the election materials from the Deputy Returning Officer.  The Municipal Electoral Officer will verify the Recap Sheet.  This sheet is for a 'ward' system.
