Sewage Disposal Systems Regulations

The Sewage Disposal Systems Regulations will be moved to the Water Act from the Environmental Protection Act.  As required by the Water Act, they have been submitted to the Standing Committee for Communities, Land and Environment.  The change in the location of the regulations will be made effective June 16, 2021 to match the remainder of the implementation of the Water Act.

As there are no significant changes to these regulations, there are no summary and questions supporting documents.   The proposed regulations are available below:
