Part 1 Definitions

1.1 In this Rule “NI 13-101” means National Instrument 13-101 System for Electronic Document Analysis and Retrieval (SEDAR) of the Canadian Securities Administrators, consolidated to March 17, 2008.

Part 2 Adoption as a Rule

2.1 NI 13-101 is adopted as a Rule under the Securities Act.

Part 3 Effective Date

3.1 This instrument comes into effect on March 17, 2008.

Part 1 Definitions

1.1  In this Rule “NI 13-101” means National Instrument 13-101 System for Electronic Document Analysis and Retrieval (SEDAR) of the Canadian Securities Administrators, consolidated to March 17, 2008.

Part 2 Amendments to National Instrument

2.1  NI 13-101 is amended, in Appendix A, by adding “PEI” under the heading “Applicable Jurisdiction” under III Third Party Filers - Item 6. Securities Acquisition (Early Warnings) Press Release and Report.

Part 3 Effective Date

3.1  This instrument comes into effect on March 31, 2010.

Part 1 Definitions

1.1  In this Rule “NI 13-101” means National Instrument 13-101 System for Electronic Document Analysis and Retrieval (SEDAR) of the Canadian Securities Administrators, consolidated to March 17, 2008, as amended on March 31, 2008 and May 14, 2013.

Part 2 Amendments to National Instrument

2.1  NI 13-101 is amended, in accordance with Amendments to National Instrument 13-101 System for Electronic Document Analysis and Retrieval (SEDAR) of the Canadian Securities Administrators, made effective December 2, 2013.

Part 3 Effective Date

3.1  This instrument comes into effect on December 2, 2013.
