Rule 14-801 Implementing National Instrument 14-101 Definitions

Part 1 Definitions

1.1 In this Rule “NI 14-101” means National Instrument 14-101 Definitions of the Canadian Securities Administrators, consolidated to March 17, 2008.

Part 2 Adoption as a Rule

2.1 NI 14-101 is adopted as a Rule under the Securities Act.

Part 3 Effective Date

3.1 This instrument comes into effect on March 17, 2008.

Rule 14-801 Amending National Instrument 14-101 Definitions

Part 1 Definitions

1.1  In this Rule “NI 14-101” means National Instrument 14-101 Definitions of the Canadian Securities Administrators, consolidated to March 17, 2008.

Part 2 Amendment of National Instrument

2.1  NI 14-101 is amended in accordance with Amending Instrument for Multilateral Instrument 11-102 - Passport System of the Canadian Securities Administrators, made effective on the day National Instrument 31-103 Registration Requirements and Exemptions comes into force.

Part 3 Effective Date

3.1  This instrument comes into effect on September 28, 2009.

Part 2 Amendment of National Instrument

2.1  NI 14-101 is amended in accordance with Amending Instrument for Multilateral Instrument 11-102 Passport System of the Canadian Securities Administrators, made effective April 30, 2010.

Part 3 Effective Date

3.1  This instrument comes into effect on April 30, 2010.
