“NI 33-109” means National Instrument 33-109 Registration Information of the Canadian Securities Administrators, consolidated to March 17, 2008.
Part 2 Amendment of National Instrument
2.1 NI 33-109 is amended in accordance with the Amendments as set out in sections 1 to 13 of the Amendments as adopted by the Nova Scotia Securities Commission.
Part 3 Effective Date
3.1 This instrument comes into effect on July 11, 2011.
