Reporting Misuse of the PEI Provincial Nominee Program
The PEI Office of Immigration takes abuse of the Provincial Nominee Program very seriously. If an individual or business provides false or misleading information to our Office, the integrity of the program we deliver is jeopardized.
If you are aware of any behaviour that does not adhere to our program criteria, please report the issue directly to the Office of Immigration.
How do I report misuse?
There are a couple of ways to report alleged misuse:

We encourage you to provide as much detailed information as possible.
Will I remain anonymous?
Your identity or any other personal information you include will remain confidential. You are not required to provide your name or any contact information. If you decide to share your identity, you may be contacted by our staff for additional information during our investigation.
Because of strict privacy laws, our Office is unable to share information about the progress or outcome of the investigation. The confidentiality of all persons involved is protected.
