Who we are:

  • A new centre of excellence, finding ways to make government services and programs more accessible to Islanders through knowledge, innovation and partnerships. It is focused on three key service areas: Access PEI, Contact PEI and Service Experience.

Service Experience

The Service Experience section of Service PEI is the hub for service expertise. Islanders deserve quality service and consistent experiences when accessing government information, services and programs.

Service Experience focuses on creating multiple service delivery options for people. The team focuses on creating easy-to-use services that work well on different platforms. They collaborate with others to plan, engage with users, set up service partnerships, improve processes, share data, and evaluate performance.
