Request a copy of your PEI Property Tax Statement

A property tax statement is needed to pay taxes. The annual statement of property tax charges is sent in early May with payment installments due each May 31, August 31 and November 30. If you did not receive your statement or require a copy for your records, you can request a copy using the online form below.

* Please note that due to the ongoing Canada Post strike, we are unable to send Property Tax Statements by mail.  If you wish to receive a paper copy of your statement, we can arrange for you to pick it up at your closest Access PEI location.  Please ensure that your email address is correct on your request form, and we will contact you via email to confirm the Access PEI location where you will pick it up.

What do I need to complete this online form?

You must be the property owner, or a person authorized by the property owner. On this form, you will be asked to provide:

  • Your civic address (This will be used to verify your account);

Where will the statement be sent?
