Request a Portrait

Official portraits of His Majesty King Charles III of England are available from the provincial protocol office. Use the online form below to request a 14” x 17”  unframed portrait of the reigning Monarch.  These photos are available for use in public spaces only. Royal portraits to be used in private settings are available from the Canadian Heritage website. Download Royal Portraits - Canada.ca

What do I need to complete the online form?

You will be asked to provide:

• Your name and contact information
• Address of portrait delivery site
• Acceptance of appropriate-use guidelines

Is there a fee for the portrait?

There is no cost for Royal portraits available through provincial and federal protocol offices.

How long will it take to process my request?

Portraits will be sent within four business days following submission.
