Queen Elizabeth Hospital Mental Health & Addictions Emergency Department & Short Stay Unit, Charlottetown PE

Only the General Contractors that have responded to the RFPQ # 5850 for “General Contractor RFPQ for Mental Health and Addictions Emergency Department/Short Stay Unit Project Queen Elizabeth Hospital” issued by the Prince Edward Island Department of Health & Wellness and that have been notified as having been prequalified can submit a bid for this tender.

The prequalified General Contractors are: 

• Pomerleau Inc.
• PCL Construction
• Fitzgerald & Snow

The following sub-trades are to be bid directly to the General Contractors through the Bid Depository of the Construction Association of PEI:

Mechanical – Electrical – Fire Protection

The closing date for the above sub-trades is 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, May 3, 2022 at the Construction Association of PEI.

Any and all addenda will be posted on-line. It will be the responsibility of bidders to access this website regularly to verify status of issued addenda.  

Please note: Hard (paper) copies of tender documents will not be made available to bidders. The tender opening will not be opened to the public. Tender envelopes will be opened immediately after the tender closing and there will be a representative of CAPEI present to witness the opening.
