Rule 52-808 Implementing National Instrument 52-108 Auditor Oversight

Part 1 Definitions

1.1 In this Rule “NI 52-108” means National Instrument 52-108 Auditor Oversight of the Canadian Securities Administrators, made effective March 30, 2004.

Part 2 Adoption as a Rule

2.1 NI 52-108 is adopted as a Rule under the Securities Act.

Part 3 Effective Date

3.1 This instrument comes into effect on March 17, 2008.

Rule 52-808 Incorporating Amendments to National Instrument 52-108 Auditor Oversight

Part 1 Definitions

1.1 In this Rule “NI 52-108” means National Instrument 52-108 Auditor Oversight of the Canadian Securities Administrators consolidated to March 17, 2008.

Part 2 Incorporation by Reference of Amendments

2.1 The amendments to the National Instrument, made effective July 4, 2008, are incorporated by reference into this Rule and are made a rule under the Act.

Part 3 Effective Date

3.1 This instrument comes into effect on July 4, 2008.
