Enter Planning Decisions for PEI Municipalities
This service allows municipalities, that have adopted an official plan and bylaws, to add or update planning decisions relating to their subdivisions and development applications.
All planning decisions can be reviewed at PEI Planning Decisions. Once a decision has been made, appeals can be made for up to 21 days from the decision date to the Island Regulatory and Appeals Commission (IRAC) (link is external).
How can we get access to enter planning decisions?
Authorized individual(s) from each municipality can receive access to add and update decisions. Contact Inspection Services at landsdivision@gov.pe.ca (link sends e-mail) to request access and receive training.
Allow 5 business days for processing.
The following municipalities post decisions on their websites:
- City of Charlottetown (link is external)
