As such, actual costs will differ (higher or lower out of pocket cost) from this estimation depending on chosen pump company, type of infusion sets, etc. In case of any discrepancies between the information obtained using this tool and the calculations based on the Drug Cost Assistance Act and its Regulations, the latter will prevail. Additionally, changes to the Drug Cost Assistance Act and its Regulations may not be reflected in real time.
